God placed in my heart to start a blog for girls. I started Girls Therapy in 2015 after my daughter Genevieve was born in November of 2013. Girls Therapy started to just be a blog to allow myself to share my most inner thoughts, feelings and also provide some healthy tools for young women to practice and implement. I was just a year into my social work career and had created a Girls Empowering Girls Group that I had so much fun with and felt that I could do more for others around the world, so I started blogging. Fast forward to now, well it didn’t last, life got busier and busier, work changed, responsibilities grew and I put my blogging to the side. But here we are now, 2023 and finally it is coming together, this is just apart of one part of God’s vision, I know he has much more in store for Girls Therapy and how he will grow you and I.
